I use .tk domains i don't have money for adword campaigns or I would do it and if you go to freenom .com you get use of .tk, .ca, etc. for free for a year
Yea that I know. But again does adwords accepts websites with that domain or not?

You can use it. TK builds a website, but not necessarily Adsense

Keep in mind that services like Freenom don't really give out "free" domains. They own them whilst you are their humble user, and they can remove your access at any moment. They can screw you really bad and it's not worth utilizing them at all for absolutely anything.
Anyone reading that's in these shoes go to Namecheap and snag a premium domain for a buck or two, .com if possible. It's worth it! If you're completely broke, pause right there and find a hustle to get a few bucks to get a good domain. Freenom is NOT the way to go!

It does not matter. I successfully use even dot xyz domains in Google Ads : Fresh xyz domains purchase, landing page creation and straight into Google Ads ... all on the same day ... Ofcourse for any Google Ads ad to go live, nowadays takes 24 to 48 hours.
