titles, keywords, messed up big times

hi Guys

i have made a site travel niche
i got about 166 countries
On page written (continent wise)
all countries in Asia (like india, china, thailand) has similar content and similar META DES, KW, TITLES )

i have started to relize something

When i search flights to thailand (google shows me my pages like (flights to dubai) etc on 1st page. like its mixing up the search and showing my words because i think i used same kind of keywords, only replacing citi/country name (in the end of where ever it is on key word statment)

i have messed up

what is the solution?
