Put it at the beginning —towards the end.
If you're after longtails, your problem won't be beginning or ending, your problem would be: " would it be too long?"

Right, when there are 6/7 words long keywords, the title becomes a problem.

Sometimes it is the only way to have the heading because a simple difference causes Google to think: "I have never met this man in my life".
I never did Keyword stuffing, but my website was affected by the most recent Google update.

I disagree! You can make your title like that but not in every post.
Not for SEO purpose, but sometimes, it catches the attention of your audience as they're attracted to the base keyword.
Titling your post can be pain in the ass sometimes, especially if you keep extending the post beyond your guideline or planned scope, so, having the main keyword, and a phrase to understand the scope of the article is good in this case.
