<title> tag not working correctly on index

For some reason, both of my sites are not displaying the correct title tag I give (one is on WP and the other HTML)

As an example:

My <title> tag is "Learn Everything - BestWebsite.com" and Google shows it as "BestWebsite.com: Learn Everything" same style format for both sites...all other pages on each site display the title correctly except the homepage. Any reason why/how to fix? This had to have changed recently...

For Wordpress Blog you have to change Title structure using All in One SEO or Yoast's SEO Plugin. While in HTML blog you have to add some codes to get better Title Tag structure. You can use various codes defined in the following article :-

A simple <title>Website Name Here</title> should work but it's not showing up properly...
