Title tag change and google sandbox ?

My hompage title was for example " learning A and B"
I dont rank for that in severval month (4month) because of google sandbox . Its low competitive keyword too.

Recently i change homepage title to keyword like "homepage" that i dont like to rank . I transfer " Learning A and B" to internal page .

Still i cant rank for " Learning A and B" or even " Learning B" .
I guess i trigg a new sandbox. I hope come out several month for internal pages ..

What you thinks ?? How long i should wait ? Im not even in page 20 but my other article whith different keyword rank fast ..
