Title is missing in SERP but not description

Hi All,

Today i find some thing new, when i checking ranking of one website, i didn't find any keyword in raking even i tried like "keyword with business name" then it is ranking but title is missing but description is coming. I checked source there is no issues meta title and description. I copy full title and search in google it then also not showing title in SERP. I am confused some thing wrong with coding please help me on these.

What do you mean by title is missing?
Is the title changed by Google?

maybe you are talking about this while searching buysellads.com with adblock on i am getting this

and after pausing it normal results so if you are using adblock just pause it

In SERP title is not visible but description is showing

let me explain, i given meta title and description in page. When i search with any any keyword with it should come any somewhere in google know, but it is not ranking. It is not new website, 3 months back i uploaded meta tags. When i search total title in google even it is not showing title but showing description.
