Tired Profile backlinks.

I was wondering that if I create account on high authority sites, Which provides like ******** profile links
and boost them with like 10k tire1 links will it have strong link juice ??

Short answer No......

Profile links have been so overused that Google discounts them so using them for anything other than for full blown spam is a waste of time. The only thing they are good for is throwing at the top of your funnel to get the bots moving down your tiers to the pages that will actually do you some good.
