i got a problem with paypal too, my 280$ still in my limited account and i cant witdraw it, paypal said that i must wait 180 days to be able withdraw my balance. anyone can help me to withdraw my balance as fast as possible? 6 months is too long for me.

are all good payment processors

dwolla is the best alternative that I have found. Very low fees.

yes, u have been lucky (so far...), i was involved with a company that was doing 20x ~ 30x that volume/month, the company was an established bricks and mortar business of over 15 years, they started to clear stock on ebay and were forced to use pp by ebay dodgy rules (and greed), pp froze the account with a very large sum of funds in it and despite providing official documents that they requested (documents that even a bank will not request of any business), they refused to return the account to normal or release the funds, eventually stating the it was due to an 'explosion of sales' that caused the account to be limited. this was an established company and they began to offer a popular (albeit untrustworthy) new payment option (pp) to their customers, what did pp expect was going to happen?

anyway... after getting government regulators involved pp were forced to release the funds but refused to re-instate the account, which also meant ebay suspended the trading (of all listings - even those that werent using pp) and caused the loss of jobs for a number of people.. the issue isnt with chargebacks (u suffer these with regular cc merchant facilities), it is dodgy collaborative greed caused by ebay (owners of pp) and pp immoral conduct to freeze accounts for the sake of earning interest on ur funds.

there is a reason pp wont sign the EFT code of conduct like all banks do, yet they pretend they are as safe or as good as a bank, if they sign the EFT code of conduct, it will make their user agreement and practices of holding peoples funds illegal. if u can stay away from pp, i would certainly recommend it.

Anyyhow, PP sucks, as do most of the online companies we have to deal with, their job is to skin us and censor us and just twist our souls in little pieces in general, it's a evil fucking machine, all of it.. But we need to eat, so we have to go to these crooks to trade, because they are the only ones hoarding all the cash in this world.

i think it really is different the ways you use your account. I have never had a problem with PP, the only time i've had a limited account was sending money and having disputes with scammers a long time ago. Since then, no problems what so ever. And my account has been verified for days so I think they don't really "trip" about my account.

Give it time.....

i faced similar situation like you but providing all genuine proofs they removed limitation from my account.you have to be honest with them

PayPal is the largest and most widely accepted Payment service. No matter how much we want we will always have to use PayPal. Just being careful and being one step ahead of PayPal can solve your problems. Personally, So far no problem but many people have had really bad experience.

Yeah being an Indian PayPal causes a lot of complications. But still it is time tested and serves my needs.

Move to Skrill. I'm really happy with that provider, also they offer a debit card which is connected with your account.

Only problem almost every single person has a PayPal account, whereas almost nobody has a Paxum account.

Visa and MC are the most widely accepted payment portal. Paypal is a midget by comparison. Most people will easily accept paying by credit or debit card, as they already have one or the other. We need an easy to join, and get approved for merchant account provider.
