Tired of getting banned

Hello guys , so after my 5 try to get a working ad account on facebook without getting banned it's doens't worked out , i'm getting banned everytime.
The hard part is the id verification , if it's my photo they can connect with my old account.
If it's someone from google image/facebook/instagram i guess they will know it too.
So my question is , there is a service that let me advertise white hat stuff on facebook without minimum amount of low amount..
Or someone sell his account... i don't know... something that will let me to make advertisement in any way..

My wish is just make a white hat advertisement on facebook , just it.

which country card you are using & which country account you are trying with. do you notice that?

You think this is the reason? it could be because i have pre-paid card and i don't know what country it's associated to
