Getting account banned or limited is unpleasant experience especially if you are not involved in illegal activity . In paypal , facebook you can get banned anytime , sure those website had their reason but still you will experience a great loss losing your account .
I raceently participated in referral competition in fiverr to win a gift , and they deactivate my account saying that i am creating many account and that's illegal , but in reality i just created one extra account from my pc to see what my friends will get when they sign-up via my link .
I am now in the process of restoring my account , i would be happy if you suggest me what do .. i like to prensent you also my personal suggestion :

    1. Get in contact with the customer services
    - First , try to figure out what is the reason
    - If you weren't involved in any illegal thing related to their TOS , try tp propve that ,
    - IF you did any illegal thing related to their TOS: say sorry and tell them how you will going to fix that , promess you will not do something like that
    - show them that you are a "good customer" and they will lose you !
    2. Complaint online
You are frusturated that your account are banned ? you are not alone , express yourself in forum and site like complaintboard.com
    3. start with a new account
    - Talk to customer service before , or they will ban the account again especially you use the same identity .
    - Sign up a new account with a different identity : in site like paypal , you will need document .
    4. Find an alternative
It's not the end of the world if you get banned in some website , you can find an alternative to it

That's all , i like to read your experience about that :)
