I need some tips from nice BHTTers how to go about making a newspaper news looking still picture.
I have Irfanview editor but not Photo shoooop

Er Whats the most famous newspaper in USA that has news on celebs?
However I think I could get hands slapped doing this impersonating a newspaper. FUnny I know

You mak no sense.... Your saying a newspaper article into a picture? Simple. Hit the print screen button on your keyboard, paste it in Paint, then edit out everything you don't want... And bam you're done.

http://www.extranewspapers.com/ has newspaper templates for ms word if that helps, export as image or screencap.
