Just to add more, you can make a post about your website on facebook, twitter etc. Create a fan page/group about your blog on facebook.Make a post about your website on facebook, twitter etc. Create a fan page/group about your blog on facebook.

Those are some really good tips. But I think it would be much better if we concentrate on High PR web 2.0 and good content at the moment.
