Tips To Help Your YouTube Channel

I want to show you something as an example of how the large channels work.
Behind this channel is a strategist. This strategist has access to the algorithm updates.
This channel started 2019, 521K subscribers, 42.5M views.
Note how the view, and subscriber graphs follow similar profiles.
Flatlines until the strategist comes in and makes the channel blow up to the aforementioned numbers.
This growth goes beyond what a panel can do with botted views, likes, comments.
It takes insider algorithm update knowledge to know specifically how the weighting of each metric has been changed.
The dips in the graphs correspond with the algorithm updates which had negative effects on the incredible growth, of views, and subscribers.
Note how fast both graphs recover from being hit by the algorithm updates.
I have chatted to the strategist behind this channel, and showed him the graphs.
Of course as I am not a client of his, there was a limit to what he would divulge to me.
The large channels aren't just buying views, likes, comments, from panels.
They often have a strategist behind the channel that knows the content of the algorithm updates, thus knows what changes are needed to overcome them.
2019-2021 from 0 to 521K subscribers, from 0 to 42.5M views. That cannot be done with panels.
There is a lot of nonsense posted on here, from Walter Mitty's and scammers talking about; SEO, ranking, keywords, bots.
Not one of them will mention strategists, and show you the graphs explaining what I have.
Strategists that can make a channel blow up to 521K subscribers and 42.5M views aren't on here selling services.
They contact the channels they choose to take on as clients and make them blow up for a 50% cut of their revenue. That's the deal.
When I see Walter Mitty's talk about; "how to make your video go viral" etc; it is a red flag to me they know nothing.
The reason why you won't find insider information on here about how to make your channel blow up; is because strategists are paying enormous figures to get the algorithm updates.
They can make every video blow up and go viral.
Do you really think someone with that ability would post on this forum; "how to make your video go viral"?
I give some of my knowledge on here. Some of it I hold back for my own channels benefit.
Reason being, that insider knowledge didn't come to me free of charge.

Thank you for all the info. I have a channel that I post once per 2 weeks. 2-5k views per videos ( i botted some), 1000 subs. How many views should I be purchasing per video?

I don't recommend you purchase more views.
I recommend you increase your content output.
A channel needs minimum 1 video per week, same day, same time, every week.
Ideally more videos, for example I am uploading 4 per week, 52 weeks per year.
Uploading every 2 weeks isn't enough, that is only 26 videos per annum.
Buying more views, and more interactions, isn't going to make your channel grow with such low content output.

20 hours to produce one video is not sustainable long term.
You need to reduce this massively.
If you cannot produce a minimum of 1 video per week, 52 weeks straight; then stop.
You will just burn money, and time, with no results after 52 weeks work.
20 hours to produce one video every 2 weeks, means you are only investing 10 hours per week into your channel.
This isn't enough to succeed.
I will give you an example.
I am producing 4 videos per week, Monday-Thursday. Taking Friday to Sunday off.
I work on my channel 8 hours per day; 9.00am to 5.00pm 4 days per week. 32 hours per week invested to produce 4 videos.
52 weeks x 4 videos is 208 videos per annum.
You don't need to buy views, you need to reduce your time burned producing content, and increase your content output rate.

I will add something else that is having very desirable results on my channel.
13. Unboxing videos are very popular content. Strong viewer retention. Good engagement levels. If you have a low budget when starting your channel; use the method I used in the early days. Product reviews from Amazon. Buy an item from Amazon, make the unboxing video and review the product. Then return the item to Amazon for refund credit. Buy another item with the refund credit and so on. This recycles your money, and you will have made 20 unboxing videos for one initial spend; then inevitably Amazon will start flagging your account for the high number of returns.
14. What you now do is list the above 20 items for sale on eBay for sale, as if you still have them. Link to your YouTube video in each of the 20 listings. This is good organic traffic from eBay. The algorithm detects the views are real, not botted; and the high retention will make your content move up the rankings, thus gaining more views as it is suggested to more viewers. List the items for sale for 7 days, then on the final day delete the listings on eBay "Item no longer for sale". Then relist them again one after the other for another 7 days. In order to generate the coding to imbed the YouTube video in your eBay listing you use a "YouTube to eBay converter". See link below.
https://www.isdntek.com/tagbot/YouTubeConverter.htmCopy and paste your YouTube video link into the converter. Then copy and paste the code into your eBay listing. This will generate a thumbnail that eBay bidders can click on and watch your YouTube video directly.
The algorithm will heavily weight these organic views with good retention, as they are coming from an outside source; eBay.
I have been using this eBay to YouTube method for the last 12 months, with very desirable results.
One Amazon purchase recycled 20 times. 20 unboxing videos created. Organic high retention views from 20 eBay listings to your 20 videos. For the price of the eBay listings.

I actually do this but I haven't linked my youtube videos with my ebay listings yet. Are you 100% sure this is allowed by Ebay TOS? I always thought ebay doesn't allow any kind of outside linking or anything that could lead to collecting customers off-site. Does that youtube to ebay converter basically encode the youtube link to make it undetectable by ebay algorithim/bots? I used to try and funnel all my ebay customers offsite to make sales so I don't have to pay the god damn ebay fees which are ridiculously high. But that is of course illegal and could get your account suspended if caught. So I'm not sure how they can allow you to post youtube links to your ebay listings and not be considered offsite funnelling....that to me is the same thing as trying to set up sales off ebay site. Think about it, you can actually tell all your ebay viewers to come to your youtube channel and then you can message them off ebay to make private sales. Ebay has removed all data that would allow us to contact the buyers offsite....they used to show their emails but that has been removed for over a year now so I can't collect their emails anymore.

You are probably right but I'm skeptical. I will contact ebay just to double check and ask them if posting youtube links on ebay listings is actually permitted or not. It's great idea though if it's legal.

Also, can you analyze this Channel - only 20 videos and 800k subs all 1mil + views. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTDoMs01RIJdjwPUxFU7WRQ/videos
The channel is using massive volume botted; views, comments, likes, plus playlists on multiple channels to maximise growth.
The scale of growth means it isn't coming just from panels; they are using playlists to suggest the content.
Without seeing the channel analytics it is impossible to say where the source of the views are coming from.
Looking at the comments it looks like the growth is being driven by Russians.
The Russians and Vietnamese are at the cutting edge of making channels like this blow up using botted views scaled up to incredible levels with playlists.
Thousands of channels suggesting the content in thousands of playlists every hour, of every day.
The massive view volume, plus massive interaction volume; are multiplying the weighting the algorithm gives every view and interaction.
Then the thousands of suggestions from thousands of playlists again multiply this desirable effect.
It is a good example of how the algorithm can be manipulated with volume, and playlists to make content move up the rankings and gain incredible views.
Another way of telling its being Russian driven is the "Community" posts.
Typically 1-2K likes per post, but only 20 comments per post. That is wholly artificial.
However it is very effective as that volume of interactions per post is heavily weighted by the algorithm; which again adds to the multiplication effect of the high volume views, comments, likes.
The driver of the channel is making the algorithm heavily weight every single interaction to the maximum.
18 million views on a video x 9.5K comments x 364k likes x 2K likes on the community post. That is driving the algorithm to the maximum weighting per interaction possible.
Then add to that the thousands of playlist suggestions for the video.
The algorithm recognises the botted views, likes, comments, but allows them due to the enormous volume.
YouTube knows 18M views on a video is good for ad views so they allow the botting.
The channel is generating up to 16K Euro AdSense revenue per month.
The subscriber and view graphs below clearly show it is entirely artificial growth.
Note how the graph profiles look very similar. This is the tell that it is being driven not by panels, but by Russian, or Vietnamese playlists and bots.

hey man, I have a question, so it happens a lot to me my comments disappear... like I post a comment on a video when I come back that comment disappeared like it was deleted...i don't think the uploaders are deleting my comments because I don't see why lots of them would do that... I think maybe Youtube thinks my comments are spam and delete them? but that would be stupid because usually i try to write good comments... do u have any idea why this thing happen to me?

As a content creator I have noticed this too. I am able to read comments in my notifications but when I click on it the comment is nowhere to be found in the video. It's as if though the commenter deleted it right after posting it OR youtube deleted it even though nothing was wrong with the comment. It's very frustrating because I want to reply back to some of my commenters.

Ok, I contacted ebay and asked them directly and they did confirm it's allowed to post youtube url links in your ebay listings description! LOL dayum. That is good but I'm really surprised this is allowed. You can funnel your customers off ebay now and make private sales if you want.

I've got an idea and I'm going to experiment something on my other ebay account to test it out LOL. I'll post back if I get positive results.

someone spamming my channel with low-quality views (decrease the viewtime/view) and decreasing my rank. Every new video I upload, is getting spammed. I have to disable monetization on those videos. Also, even if I private, and after 1 day I make it public, those spam views again starts. What to do?:(:(

There is no way to stop someone adding views to your content.
In the case of like/dislike ratio's being weaponised one can report this to YouTube, and they can manually reset the like/dislike counters to zero again.
I have observed this on a channel where it was being targeted by trolls purchasing mass dislikes to push their content down in the rankings.
The video was 5K dislikes to 1K likes etc. Then it reset to zero after the content creator reported it.
With views it isn't possible to reset the view count in the same way. The algorithm can remove botted views; which often happens during an update.
However although botted views are detected, they do not review them if over 30 seconds retention.
In any case removing monetisation makes no difference whatsoever. You will earn AdSense on every ad viewed regardless, so why reduce this.

"You are probably right but I'm skeptical."
Probably right?
You are really lucky I am replying to you, when you question my integrity.
There is no probably about my methods. They are proven.
I have been using my eBay to YouTube method to increase views for the last 20 months. No problems whatsoever.
Does eBay allow this? Yes.
I am going to give you some really good advice.
Never question the integrity of my postings on here again.
This is Black Hat World, we use Black Hat methods to gain.
If you have a problem with using Black Hat methods, then you are in the wrong place.
The code generator generates code to imbed the YouTube video into the eBay listing.
Does eBay recognise this? Yes.
It's one thing to post legit video and another to post a video promoting scam. People here are trying to multiply everything in the short term. CPA affiliate links in the description is the first thing people think about here. So I have no doubts why people would think links on sellings platforms are not allowed with their bias. It's a schizophrenia.

Problem is that they spammed for those views I get 1 cent for 1000 views, but after that my video simply disappears from search. So I don't get any money. Usually I get 15 dollars per 1k. So I am losing money and all my efforts in making video is getting wasted.. its frustrating :( . No idea how to stop those low quality views.

"People here are trying to multiply everything in the short term.".
You are mistaken.
Many content creators are seeking long term gains on their channels.
And so I do. Just bought camera and mic. Let's see what I can get after 8 years on the Internet.

I am not using links on my eBay listings.
The YouTube to eBay code convertor I detailed generates code which imbeds the video into my eBay listing as a thumbnail which can be clicked on to watch the video.
https://www.isdntek.com/tagbot/YouTubeConverter.htmTry this yourself to understand how it works.
Copy and paste a YouTube video link into the convertor, then test copy and pasting the code generated into an eBay listing.
You will then see the video embedded into your eBay listing, not as a link; but as a thumbnail image that can be clicked on.
"It's one thing to post legit video and another to post a video promoting scam."
This isn't a video promoting a scam, it is a video of a product review on YouTube.
It is within eBay's T&C's a listing can be ended early if the item is "no longer for sale" use their "end my listing early" function.
Affiliate links are something different to my aforementioned eBay to YouTube method to increase organic views.
I have used this method for the last 20 months with no problems whatsoever.

OP thank you for the post.
But in the future could you possibly format your posts in a more digestable way? It's very hard to read, especially with this BHW theme.

How many tags do you recommend to be used in a video. Thanks
