Many new or recently successfully resisted accounts are often easily limited if they push their budget too quickly. Therefore, warming up your account is an important step before scaling.

  • Start with a small budget: run a few test campaigns of $5–10/day with simple, non-violating content.
  • Choose safe content: articles about fanpages, short videos or posts sharing useful information.
  • Maintain regularly: let the account run continuously for a few days instead of turning on/off erratically.
  • Increase the budget slowly: increase 20–30% every 2–3 days, avoid sudden increases.
  • Regular activities on the account: like, comment, update page… so that Facebook recognizes this as a real account, not just used to run ads.
Warming up your account properly will help you build trust with Facebook, limit checkpoints, limit reviews, and increase the longevity of your account.

lately every ad account i add billing too gets banned , any way to solve this ?

The key to warming up is to look natural: start small, use safe content, keep campaigns running steadily, and scale budgets gradually. Combine that with regular, organic activity on the account so it doesn’t appear purely ad-focused.
Consistency and gradual growth build the trust that keeps an account stable long term.

Could the problem be related to the Vcc or what else should i check if the account keep getting the same issue after warming up , could it be due to new meta updates ??

That's right, accounts perform best when scaled responsibly: consistent spend, safe content, and steady increases

Very helpful. In my exp, following these warming-up steps really builds account trust and reduces issues when increasing budgets

Proper warm-up definitely makes a big difference in account stability.

Start with smaller amount and gradually increase the amount, doing this will warmup the account. No need rushing to increase the amount.

That's a good start, but if you want the campaign to be truly distributed and maintained, the content of the articles and images also need to be noticed and changed to suit, avoiding policy violations that lead to the campaign being rejected too many times.

can you tell me what product you are advertising, maybe in that country it is not allowed to advertise black products

That’s a solid warm-up guide gradual spend, safe content, consistent activity, and small organic interactions really do help accounts build trust and avoid sudden restrictions when scaling.

Thanks for sharing the details, I find the steps like starting small budget, increasing gradually and keeping active regularly really helpful. This is an important experience to keep the account running stably and avoid being restricted early.

I've also noticed that accounts last longer when you mix in some organic activity and don't just focus on ads. Very helpful insight, thanks for sharing this

I’ve seen way too many people burn their accounts by scaling too fast. Patience in warming up always pays off with longer ad account health.

For ad accounts to perform at their best, you should scale them responsibly: keep a consistent spend, use safe content, and increase your budget gradually. This approach not only makes your account more durable but also ensures stable performance in the long run.

That's a good start, but if you want the campaign to be really distributed well and maintained, the content of the article and the image also need to be noticed and changed accordingly, avoiding policy violations that lead to the campaign being rejected too many times. In fact, the new account is really weak, sometimes you just leave it alone and it dies. Only when they go through the storms of Facebook, or are soaked for 6-12 months, will they be really good.
