The knowledgebase is the part I'd trust least here. Stored knowledge is a memory of the past, and market research is a question about right now, so recall and research pull in opposite directions.
Point the model at sources instead of asking it to remember. Feed it the threads, reviews and comments you collected, and make it quote the exact line behind every claim. If it can't produce the line, it recalled instead of read.
The other half is where you look. People describing a problem in their own words tell you more than people answering a question you put to them.
