Local traffic have helped me a lot.
Videos
Pics with geotags
Every second day a post.
Get reviews from local guides (Seo feedback)
Do a google stack with cititation also with the map link.
The company name +keyword (not to much for spam) as titel.

You also can setup a GMB website (they have the function) but i didnt saw any effect. Maybe need put more "love" inside + backlinks.

And very important a reviews BUT they need to be made real good with local IP and local guides.
I have order from @dheer now we do also Q&A with nice keywords.
