I have channel with 55k subs and I'm getting like 15k views on each video I upload, no matter what is it, ( even if its only black screen ) and getting like 4-5k likes and 1000 comments ( 3000 comments sometimes )
But the issue is, my channel not growing anymore, All the views are from my subs, only 1,5% are not
I have high CTR 18-20%, and high retention 60-70%, and If one of my videos go viral I'm getting much subs because they'll love my videos
My thumbnails are amazing & I paid for professional designers to do my thumbnails
I want suggest and tips, how can I grow my channel more than that?
I don't think I need to buy views from panel, right?
because my views are real from my fans and its enough ( as far as I know )

To be honest, two months ago
there was a famous YouTuber who died,
and I uploaded a video about him and told them in the video, " this video is different from my usual content, I'm sorry, but the news is sad."
Got 500K views, its really amazing to get viral video idea to talk about but its hard to find, (at least I don't know how to find them)
I found this website on BHW trendwatchers.co (that's why I created account here) and I'm going to try it, and if I get good results, I'll let you know


My channel used to grow a lot, but when I hadn't uploaded any video for two months, it was no longer go viral in the way it was before (my content is funny commentary , criticism, etc.)
I mean my content is good, and I have fans, but my channel is no longer growing, only my current fans are watching my videos, I am not getting new fans, I am growing very slowly, 1000 subscribers every month maybe
How about paying a YouTube famous for an ad to get more fans? The number of views for each video might go from 10-15k to 20-25k, sounds like a good idea?
any solutions ? How about buying shares & favorites and maybe backlinks? Does this work? Share your idea here

One way to grow your channel if you have active followers is to ask them to share. You can host a giveaway and tell people to subscribe and share to win.

Yeah I did it before, I told them to create a video on their channels and share mine on the description
Found +100 videos in 1 day but the results wasn't good, only 200-300 new subscribes
For the giveaway, yeah its good point, I'm gonna try this I guess
Do you have an idea what should be a prize for giveaway ? I don't think my followers are interested, I would look like an idiot
I don't expect the results to be good, but let's try why not

Of course, you can find many of them on fiver or seoclerk, But for my part, I posted a post on my channel forum, I asked the designers to contact me via private messages on Instagram and send samples of their previous designs, I liked 3 of them and I became their customer

To be honest you have a strong audience according to the statics you've shared.
You are ready for big growth. Few basics things to focus on:
1- Make sure to apply SEO best practice, in term of Title, Description, Tags and Thumbnail. This should bring search ppl eyes on your videos which will bring views and subs. Ofc you should focus on good keywords as it should be easy for you to rank higher with your audience.
2- Since your CTR and retention is high and it's coming from your subs, try to hit some trends, your CTR and Retention should open YT algorithm eyes to make ur video suggested and recommended.

Anything you think your followers would love to have. But if you don't have much money to host a giveaway, fake it. Say you are giving away iPhone 12 and lots of other small gifts to the lucky winners and announce the result stating this and this person won. But in reality, no one wins. It's just fake.

Do you suggest it to do it in custom video ? or in the first 30 seconds for the next video to gain more views ?

Ask them to share your content. And try to capitalize on trends in your niche if possible.
