Tips on Hiring and Managing VAs

Hi! So, I am currently getting swamped with a lot of work and I wanted to delegate some tasks to some VAs. I do own a company but i know it's not cost effective to hire full-time right now especially when everyone's WFH and I don't think there's any difference.

My First question is, where's the best place to hire a VA? Any website that is recommended?

Second, how would I be able to manage them? Any tracking apps so i can make sure that they are very effective in working each tasks?

Third, for documentation purposes, are contracts important? Are they salary based on hourly or daily? Are their salaries Taxable?

I am definitely completely new into this so any insight would do be it negative or positive i'll definitely look into them.

You can start by making the post in the correct section. This one is for hiring freelancers for a specific job. I would recommend asking that in the lounge probably.
