Hi, I'm a new ebayer interested in selling *VERO* --any tips on how to avoid being detected? I've read through some threads and saw suggestions like putting the description in a photo, putting a fake description in white font, etc. Does this sort of thing work? Could someone elaborate on tips like these? How do I get my products noticed without putting the brand name in the title? Any tips would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Don't sell fake stuff and you won't have this problem...

Gee, that wouldn't look shady to eBay, would it? At one time this sort of stuff worked but now there's competition who will turn you in so the range of stuff you can get away with is greatly reduced.

Well, you you're selling legit products from authorized resellers, why would you need to avoid mentioning the brand name? Research your product, and if your product is one of those where the VERO rights holder has employees busting eBay listing all day long, you should avoid these.

Thank you for your advice.

Just remember choosing WHAT you sell is very important. There are items that you can sell quality fakes all day long, and there are items that they'll ban your ass even if you're selling 100% real stuff.

try not to sell fake stuff and you won't have problems. What you sell is very important if you are not stealing and selling the original stuff you dont need to avoid putting the brands name. so be careful what you doing or can get banned or even sued.

If it's ok to ask what you're about to sell on ebay?
