Hi, I'm working on my first site and looking to eventually flip it. It's in the insurance niche so pretty competitive for first page rankings, but I'm getting there. Currently on page 6 in Google for the main kw. Received 75 uniques so far from a variety of sources. Site was just registered less than 30 days ago.
For flipping, I'm waiting to see if I can get it on page one...if I can that would definitely raise the potential resale value, yeah?
Do buyers on sites like Flippa consider visitors or revenue more important? Do a lot of sites with traffic and no current revenue fail to sell often?
What should I base my asking price on?
