Tips on blogger outreach

anybody have any tips on blogger outreach ...how to get them to post articles about your product, how much they cost...?

I have had great success reaching out to people on Twitter. I use both a passive approach and an active approach. The active approach is to browse through my followers for niche related businesses and check their website for a blog/articles. If they haven't posted anything in awhile, I'll reach out to them seeing if they want an article. I position the article as something that relates to what their selling and the niche. I have a pretty high success rate with that.

Do people still use twitter these days? Good info
