its just a list of popular search terms. If i start typing:

How to make money...

it will come up with:

How to make money fast
How to make money online

because these are the most commonly searched terms starting with 'how to make money'

by searching for the keyword he wants to appear in the suggestion box. he runs some script that searches the shit out of google, google thinks the keyword is hot whith so many people looking for it and adds it to the suggestions. I'm pretty sure he uses some script that makes automated queries from behind rotating proxies, but there may be other ways to skin the cat.

LMAO...i had the same impression when i saw the second "Why am I not responsible, why not? "

and to answer OP's question, Google knows what you are thinking so it lists the results in the search box for your viewing pleasure
