Tips for twitter ?

Hey Folks,

I'm thinking about making a believable twitter profile, so far I've got a name and a few photos, any tips you can give me. I'm thinking about creating a calendar/schedule to keep the account too (Which can be automated then) but other then that I'd like some tips.

tips about maximizing follower conversions (Getting followers). I think I'll also use a proxy (Duh). And also throw in some random events once in a while.
