Hey BHW

I'm looking for some tips for someone looking to start dropshipping for some extra income. I have a relatively high traffic site which I could use to market my dropshipping products, especially in niches related to survival, water filters, storable foods, etc.

Can anyone recommend a good way to get started? I do a lot of SEO so I could always build up a site from scratch, do SEO, drive traffic through my main site, etc.

I'm looking for something that isn't going to require a large initial investment.

Yeah, here's my advice. Don't use a dropshipper. ;)

Do you have your suppliers yet? I have access to worldwidebrands and don't mind spending a few minutes looking stuff up for you.

Whoa Marusia, you changed your avatar, didn't even recognize that it was you at first. I was going to send this guy your way but it seems you already caught him.

Yeah, I decided I need to have a little more anonymity on here. :-/

And don't use a dropshipper because.? Let me guess , so he can go through you?

Why not?

I don't have my suppliers. I'm thinking anything survival/tactical/organic/natural health related would be appealing to my readership.

I'm not sure if you have something like that?

However, the reason I wanted to go for a dropshipper is that I'd rather not be dealing with the inventory and shipping myself, if at all possible. This will be especially difficult next year when I move out of my apartment into what is likely going to be a smaller space.

No, it has nothing to do with me. There's hardly any money, at all in dropshipping. I've yet to find a single niche in the last 6 years where I would be able to make decent profit using a dropshipper.

Yeah, WWB has stuff like that. I can give you some contact info via PM if you want it.

Just a quick piece of advice. i'm based in china, do not drop ship stuff from here, the parcels will take a long time to reach you clients unless your supplier is shipping express and customers may well end up with seized items (depending on the nature of the goods) or having to pay customs duties, all in all this will reflect badly on your business..anyways good luck, hope you find what your looking for

Hi, as a new user I cannot PM marusia but I am interested in most the same supplies that the OP is. water filtration mainly and cheap or refurbished electronics. Can you send me some of the contacts off the WWB for either?

You know what. Its because your looking for the high commercial drop shippers. On BHW their are many good drop shippers that have products at low prices.
