Tips for Shadowban?

Heres the scoop. I had around 6k followers last week, my posts started doing really well (I'm private btw) I was getting 1k or more likes per post. I did one promo which did decent (150 likes) and I also went public to quickly check analytics then went private immediately after. Now whenever I post I get 500-600 likes. Is this a shadowban? My content is mostly the same.

deactivating the account and not opening it for a few days worked for me, roughly 5-10 days, i did about 5 days if i can remember correctly.

The thing is I have active people paying me to shout them out etc, I can't just deactivate the account. Also it is only my likes that are going down, my stories still do like 2k views or more. Also, this week while I was shadowbanned I got 1k followers and now sitting at 7k. If I just stop F/UF and all other things for 5 days but still post atleast once a day will it go away?

from my experience it only works when you just leave it for a few days, dont post dont use it at all. when you buy views etc do you also buy engagement?

I don't buy engagement its all natural.
Some reason im getting 2k views but my likes have drastically dropped idk why. Content is same if not better.

im confused, your getting views but you think your shadow banned? and you also said you got 1k while being shadow banned???

Yeah it's really weird. I am getting good amount of views on stories but I feel like my posts just aren't getting seen by my followers. This has only happened like once in the past and I had to wait a while. I was wondering if this is a regular occurrence.

You are not shadowbanned, they just Capped your reach. If you were shadowbanned you must be losing followers.
It happened because you switched private to public and then private, also note than deactivating your account can make it worse it can affect your daily followers growth.
If i was in your position i would be posting really good content and just keep posting most viral content in your niche and wait it will be fixed by itself i am not sure in how many days.
Real Shadow ban lasts for 14 days.

Okay thank you!!! Yeah, I was wondering why I was still growing really fast but my likes were so low.
 
Seems like you still have decent engagement mate, wouldn' take "shadowban" as gospel here.

I have a instagram meme page with 36.7k followers i was facing the same issue . I created 5 fake accounts and whenever i used to post new meme i commented with those accounts. This really helped me to increase my reach again. Just Try this for 2 to 3 post and let me know.

thats not shadow banned bro, when i was shadowbanned my followers saw my posts, however i would get ZERO organic traffic from explore page or anyone whos not following me.

Thats my experience of what a shadow ban is, instantly after it was resolved i started getting 12k views and 50 comments 8000 likes etc on each video.
 
Your post still ranking in hashtags or not ? Please first check that as well

Like mentioned in post I am private so I do not rank hashtags or anything else. I just think my followers aren't seeing my posts because IG is hiding them.
 
The IG algorithm has done something to the reach of your account when you went from private to public and then back to private. Maybe when switching from private to public, you need to wait awhile before switching back. Just a guess on my part.

Yeah last time I waited a bit and it got fixed on it's own. I was just wondering if others have had this problem before. It seems like it is coming back as my recent post got 400 likes in an hour. Will Update soon
