Tips for Selling Starter Sites on Flippa in 2015

I want to sell starter websites on Flippa, and I'm wondering how viable this market is. I do see sites selling, so I'm going to jump in and try it out. I wanted to ask the forum for any good advice, or resources (blogs, etc) that have good advice for selling on Flippa in 2015.

I want to sell starter sites, with a nice clean, original (or heavily modified) WP theme, but with some incentives like original articles, content for list building, backlinks package, or something similar.

Here are some questions:

1. What are some incentives that would be attractive to buyers now and could increase my sale price?
2. What are some opinions on using the Flippa classified section versus auctions?
3. Are there any particular niches that would be most attractive for the starter site buyer?
4. Any things to be aware of when selling these types of sites?

I'm doing my own research, but wanted to tap into the great advice here on the forum.

Thanks for sharing your experience. This is exactly what I'm afraid of. I see sites selling, but I always think there is some trick people are using to get the sale.

I guess I'll have to stick my neck out there any try it.

Do not sell yourself too cheap! If you are adding those extras, then you should be compensated for it.

flipa is full of scammers at least stay at the starter end i lost thousand on there from scammer who get your website files and do charge back or sell u crab and claim it makes moey be carefull thats my advice

To get good quality replies you need to put up as many proofs and screenshots as you can.
If you read through som of the better listing you will see the trouble some sellers go to with proofs and also dilligent answers to questions because it is not just one person you are replying to.Everyone sees your response.
