Tips for managing multiple accounts?

Managing a few accounts is generally fine, but it’s better to keep things balanced and not overload a single device. Maintaining consistent usage patterns and a stable setup is usually safer. Instead of relying too much on technical workarounds, focusing on normal behavior and compliance with platform guidelines helps reduce potential risks.

For example, what would be a safe limit of accounts per device? I currently only have one iphone and already 3 accounts on it but plan to buy more in the near future.
I use 2 accounts per device without problems. It's a safe limit for me.

Handling multiple accounts can be a bit challenging. It’s generally better to maintain balanced, natural activity—like browsing, liking, and interacting—rather than only posting content all the time, so everything looks more consistent and stable.

Hey folks!

I recently started marketing on tiktok and found good success on it. However, I quickly found out about shadowbans and that they do exist (I thought they were a myth). Therefore, i decided to pause posting on one of my tiktok accs for atleast 2 weeks and then resume posting. I still log in daily a few times to scroll and like and comment but thats it.

Im wondering, what good practices or tips do you guys employ when managing multiple accounts?

Also, any limits of posts per week? Im not sure what happened that triggered my shadowban but i remember i was posting almost daily but i wasnt scrolling or commenting or any normal behavior so I think it was that.
For multiple accounts keep each one in its own isolated profile so cookies and fingerprints never mix. I use Gologin with clean residential proxies to stay organized and it feels just like managing separate devices. Consistency and normal behavior matter way more than any fancy trick.

a common practice is to limit yourself to 3 accounts per device to stay under the radar

The best approach is to avoid creating too many accounts; about two accounts per device is safe, and post a maximum of 1-2 times a day.

I use 3 accounts per device without problems. You can post as much as you want in a week provided it's not spammy.

dont just post and ghost keep doing that daily scrolling n liking or the algo will mark u as a bot

Yeah shadowbans are real, but usually it’s more about behavior patterns than just number of accounts.

For multiple accounts, a few things that helped me:
  • Don’t treat them like bots → scroll, like, comment a bit before/after posting
  • Warm up accounts → don’t start posting aggressively from day 1
  • Keep posting consistent → 1–2 posts/day is fine, just don’t spam 5–10 at once
  • Avoid identical content → slight edits help (captions, cuts, etc.)
For device limits, 2–3 accounts on one phone is generally fine. Once you go beyond that, risk starts increasing.

Also VPNs can mess things up if the IP keeps changing. Better to stay consistent than “over-protect” and look suspicious.

What you mentioned (posting daily but no normal activity) could definitely trigger it. TikTok looks at overall behavior, not just uploads.

So yeah, act like a real user, not just a publisher

it’s more about behavior patterns than numbers.
– 2–4 accounts per iPhone is generally safe if usage looks natural
– Post 1–3/day, but mix in real activity (scroll, like, comment)

From what I’ve seen, it’s less about exact limits and more about behaving like a normal user. Mixing actions like scrolling, liking, and posting helps a lot. I also try not to overload too many accounts on one device — keeping it natural and consistent seems to reduce the risk of shadowbans.

I've seen some people talk about posting frequency and normal behavior a lot already. I'd focus more on keeping each account's activity clean and consistent.

Switching between multiple accounts on the same device and dong a lot of different actions back to back look messy.

You'd slow down switching, keep one account at a time, and dont do post too fast. Let each account sit a bit after posting.

Some people separate multiple accounts (≥5) like using cloud phones or antidetect browser.

I'm experiencing a similar situation. Currently, I only use two accounts on one device. I always try to make each account function like a real user and use proxies for each account. When I suspect my account has been "shadow-banned," I temporarily suspend that account for a few days, then return to activity with gentle interactions. After a few days, I start posting again. So far, I find my approach quite effective. I would really appreciate any suggestions you can offer to help me improve.
