Tips for linking to same website across multiple Twitter Accounts?

Anyone have any tips--for linking to the SAME website across multiple accounts? (not tweets--just website listed in bio)..

Does converting to a URL shortener effect traffic dramatically?

does it matter if you link to the "same" website across all accounts...if they are aged..
