How can I improve my eyesight?

Any supplements, regiments, habits, or foods?

Very blurry at night time and very dark.

Screens are often blurry aswell, not as sharp as they used to be.

If you are 40+ then it's normal. You should see a doctor for blurry vision. Maybe its Catract or you might need the glasses.

Here are some of the recommendations:
  • Diet: Eat leafy greens, carrots, fish (omega-3), eggs, and berries.
  • Screen Habits: Follow the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 mins, look 20 feet away for 20 secs). Adjust screen brightness and use blue-light filters.
  • Eye Care: Wear UV sunglasses, stay hydrated, and avoid smoking.
Most of us work on computer for long time every day. They must use proper care of their eyes. I use Ayurvedic eye drop which is honey-based for eye fatigue.

First of all, you should realize that the loss of vision may be due to age, or it is due to overuse of the eyes, which is excessive fatigue and dryness, causing vision loss. It is recommended to control the time of use of your eyes, if you feel tired, you can close your eyes and rest, or look into the distance, and you can also choose eye drops. Secondly, you seem to be worse at night, I guess there is night blindness, you can eat more carrots to supplement vitamin B.

Supplements with "optein" helps with eyesight (some study says). If you got budget, you can try new non-invasive laser procedures. Process will only took a day (or less than an hour) and ur eyes are back to 20/20 vision

Also try relaxing your eyes especially when u have more that 2 hours of screen time. One best practice is to rub your hands together until you feel the warmth then close ur eyes and gently cover them with the palm of your hands. Very helpful to ease eye strain.
