I've just started out as a fiverr seller. Any tips for gettiing my first orders? Are there any smm panels that offer fiverr services? How can I increase my exposure? Thanks in advance.

First ask your friends to order your gig and get some reviews
 
undercut other sellers and build ratings
add lots of samples
download the app on your phone so you can reply to people quickly

I make customized digital art but will soon start offering mix and mastering, resume/cover letter writing and smm.
 
Ensure that you complete your profile info, use the right category and subcategory for your gigs.
Use the most relevant keywords as tags : If you are unsure, then search for gigs related to your category/subcategory and observe the tags of the first 3 gigs, to get a better idea.
Do proper on-page SEO of your gig, such as adding keywords to gig title, adding the right keywords to tags, adding keywords to description, etc. You may also create multiple gigs in the same category.
Also maintain a good conversion rate and try to complete regular orders. Promote your gigs on social media.
