Tips for Facebook Groups.

I run a series of monthly events, and I have created a bog standard group away from our company "Branded" FB Fan Page.

I want to keep this separate and build the numbers up on this group quite fast so I can use this group and all its targeted members to host the "FB Events" I set up which will invite all members of the group automatically.

I have various profiles i have suggested to this Group with the tite is just:

(Star) RAVES & PARTIES IN TOWN (Star)

From the amount of invites to this group i have done I dont seem to be getting a fair return, currently at about 350 members, I want to build this up to about 5k.

Has anyone got any advice for doing this effectively?

think out of the box buddy... forum if full of info read and twist.... that is how it works

None of that is really advice on my question, I read info here everyday and don't know of a better way to market my events with a "targeted audience".

Was after advice how I could increase the acceptation rate.
