I have around 10 years of experience in developing and optimizing WordPress pages. Throughout the years I have created a number of niche blogs for personal ppc and affiliate marketing campaigns, developed websites for local businesses, and worked for a few larger niche blogs to maintain their websites.
I currently work for a very niche company and I have built their websites, maintain and manage their websites, handled all SEO & content generation, and created social media campaigns as a full-time job - but I want to move on as I am underpaid and overworked. I have been doing freelance design for around a year and while this job provides a weekly check that I can count on, it is still not enough and the number of hours that I have to work for this company is really cutting into my potential for new freelance jobs. I am spread thin.
On top of that, this company has recently opened up a new local storefront and they've tasked me with adding and maintaining their new POS system and adding a few thousand products to their store POS and also work retail in the storefront... I went from working at home full time to working at the new store, doing the job that I was hired for inbetween helping their customers. The owner says it is temporary as they are understaffed but I just don't care to do it anymore.

I am considering a move to a design and marketing agency and I am just looking for some tips on the types of design and seo qualifications that an agency would find appealing. I know what I am doing but I am pretty much self-taught so I don't have a full understanding of what a professional resume for this type of position should include. I can easily list my skills but I am not sure if this enough.

Any tips or recommendations that you can provide for creating this resume and hopefully landing the job would be greatly appreciated. I have a portfolio available.

Thank you!
