I have identified a 30K member FB group with lots of engagement. I told the admin I am interested in buying it and he/she seems interested. We haven't talked money yet but if I can negotiate it, does anyone have tips for how to do the actual transaction with limited risk? What about value? What would you start the negotiations at? Also, how would you monetise the group ownership, it's a small business group.
