Tips for a YouTube noob

Hi everyone.. Just wondering if anyone could give me any advise to starting YouTube+Adsense money making.. I don't want to mass upload or anything to do with vps or anything.. I want to do everything manual and legit, with just 1 account.

any piece of info on getting started would be much appreciated

Only one funda, Create your own videos, images, on any category. That should be created by you and the owner should be YOU only.

Good videos and regular work can get results. Yes even 1 account will help you make money with YT & Adsene.

Depending on the niche that you wanna PLAY.
Overall unique video, high quality content.
Spark it with little bit buy youtube views / likes n comments for viral effect.

another idea....
if I was to make a video.. title: (example) how to make money (length doesn't matter) of a still picture saying "to make $XXXXX a month click the link in description" the link they click will take them to my CPA PPL offer.. If they were to watch my full ad on the video and sign up... I'd get money from both ends?

1: is this breaking any YouTube TOS?
2: will this work?/has anyone tried this?
