Ignore the hype.
Do your own research.
Check a couple of legit crypto guys on youtube. I recommend coin bureau but always take what they say with a grain of salt.
Will save you a lot of money.

Invest in fundamentals, utilities and the projects which can last for a long time.
Forget about trading and worrying about price daily, just continue DCAing.
I fucked up big putting big lump sum at once and the market went down by more than 60%.
Now it's still the same situation after it recovered.
