So this is my 100th post and I wanted to share a tip I find I use all the time and people don't realize they can do.
What are Non-skippable in-stream ads: <taken from google>
Non-skippable in-stream ads are video ads that may appear pre-, mid-, or post-roll while viewing partner content. They can be up to 15-20 seconds long and viewers must watch the ad before they're able to watch the selected video. A companion 300x60 ad unit is usually displayed alongside YouTube videos that show in-stream ads
Who has access to them?
If you are part of any partnership other than adsense, you automatically have non-skippable ads. So how do adsense members take advantage of non-skippable ads?
If you have adsense, how do you enable them?

Here's a successful use case for it. In youtube analytics page, look at your ad performance tab and you can see the numbers. I have included a sample. It shows up in youtube analytics as Standard Reserved In-stream and is one of the highest paying ad types. ENABLE IT!
