Tinyurl pass PR? Do you have confirmation?

From what I've read, tinyurl uses 301 redirects, so I should pass PR, but I also read that those links didn't show in yahoo site explorer

Anyone have confirmation of this?

I'M almost certain that it does NOT use 301.

TinyURL does issue a 301 response header as you can see here, i made a URL that points to BHW http://tinyurl.com/blackhatworldcom

But no it doesn't pass weight/pagerank, many believe this was manually applied to the domain by the engines to counter spamming.
