Can someone tell me a free ad-free tinyurl clone that blanks the referrer and allows editing or deleting of the shortened url? I've looked at tons of clone sites and they are missing one or more of these key features.

pinurl.com register and use stealth settings when you make your pinurl. yes you can edit and delete it. it also gives visitor stats.
