What exactly is difficult for you during the account creation process? Phone verification, email, profile setup, or something else?
I just passed phone and emai verification with antidetect browser + US proxy + US phone number

I don't think there is anything difficult in creating the two accs you are asking about.

@ProxyBoost has the right starting point but web creation gets shadowbanned super fast on tinder now. you really need cheap physical androids, factory reset them, and use residential mobile proxies. bumble is even harder because of the selfie verification loops... if you are doing this at scale you will need a system for verification photos otherwise they will lock you out in minutes.
