Tinder x token and refresh token

Hello guys.
So basically I got a method to create unlimited live accounts ( not shadowbanned ) with ios jb, got a x token grabber. But atm idk in which way to go.
I saw many guys transfering accs to browser / swiper but almost all swipers needs 2 tokens, x auth token and refresh token.
What's the purpose of the refresh token? And after how many hours I can't login without refesh token?
