That doesn't look like a verification issue more so than it is just Tinder detecting multiple accounts linked to you. Says so right there.
If accurate, creating more accounts won't help at all. If you think this is wrong, you could try appealing.
But yeah, new accounts won't help if it keeps getting linked, better to see how they're getting linked and working around it.
