Timeout prevents all 5000-friend accounts from sending invitations???

Since mid January I'm unable to send invitations to join groups with my 5000-friend account. Works fine with smaller ones.

Now the new Suggest Page to Friend system also timing out with my 5000 account. Working fine with smaller ones.

Event invitations seem to be working at the moment.

I'm told that a 3000-friend account is working fine.

Is anybody having similiar problems?

your action is getting timed out. FB times out every action which takes more than 30 secs. its kinda sick, but thats the way it is.

Please, I'd like to know if i'm the only one with this problem or not.

Also, I'm trying to find out if i need to get rid of 1000-2000 friends before my account will be workable again.

This sucks!!!!

If you have 5000 or more members in your group then you will not be able to send messages or invitation, so try to remove few members from your group and send invitation to them it will work...

Hey Pri123....

i think you misunderstood me, its not with groups, its with fan pages, and inviting my personal contacts to a fan page....

I have 5000 personal contacts and i cant suggest my fan page to them cus the invite page keeps timing out

Any ideas?

this has been a issue with bigger accts plus bigger accts get bans fast... to be safe speed your frnds in like 5 accts so it is like 1000 frnds in each acct or some thing
