Timeline Missing on Facebook !!

I can't get timeline on my new fb account which I created few days ago. I looked around and saw some people saying that accounts must be at least 30 days old to get timeline. Is that so? In the official FB page for time, the "get timeline" button is missing when I log in.

Is there any way I can get timeline before the account is 1 month old? I have already granted access to Pinterest and some other apps which require timeline...but still no avail.

Suggest guys.
