Time to deposit/withdraw coin X at platform Y?

I'm looking for data on how long it takes to deposit and withdraw various types of coins at various exchanges. Or in other words, the time which passes between issuing a transaction and being able to do something with the transfered coins at the destination.

Similar to what kraken lists in their support section:
Bitcoin: ~60 minutes (6 confirmations required)
Bitcoin Cash (BCH) : ~60 minutes (6 confirmations required)
Litecoin: ~30 minutes (12 confirmations required)
Dogecoin: ~20 minutes (20 confirmations required)
Namecoin: ~60 minutes (6 confirmations required)
Ripple (XRP): Transactions are immediate
Lumen (XLM) : Transactions are immediate
Ether (ETH) : ~6 minutes (30 confirmations required)
Ether Classic (ETC) : ~24 minutes (120 confirmations required)
Augur (REP) : ~6 minutes (30 confirmations required)
Iconomi (ICN) : ~6 minutes (30 confirmations required)
Zcash (ZEC) : ~60 minutes (24 confirmations required)
Tether (USDT) : ~60 minutes (6 confirmations required)
Dash (DASH) : ~15 minutes (6 confirmations required)
Gnosis (GNO) : ~6 minutes (30 confirmations required)
Monero (XMR) : ~30 minutes (15 confirmations required)
Melon (MLN) : ~6 minutes (30 confirmations required)
EOS (EOS) : ~6 minutes (30 confirmations required)

Is that data even accurate? And can you point me to some other resources or share your experience?

No one can tell you that. Transaction speeds depend on the current network status (Is there a backlog?)

Also, most exchanges process all the withdrawals within x amount of time, at once. Say they do it every 30 mins, if you withdraw at 5:01 you have to wait 29 mins + transaction time, but if you withdraw at 5:27 you only have to wait 3 mins + transaction time.
 
Well, there are a lot of parameters, that's true. But I am trying to be analytical. Transaction times are definitely not random. Hence any data - unless made up - can provide insight, though not certainty.
