Ok Found the problem
You get this error when BIE runs out of content posts in contentfeeds.txt. Each content item is only posted one time. The solution is to add more Ezine Article feeds to contentfeeds.txt.
Ideally, you should have at least 5 content rss feeds in contentfeeds.txt.

Glad i found this thread, I was going crazy trying to figure out why BIE wouldn't post!
I just thought i'd add - although it recommends to use at least 5, i was getting this problem with about 20 Ezine feeds...
To get around this, what i did was i opened up scrapebox, added the url from the main ezine rss feed page, opened the link extractor addon, ran it, cleaned the list and then copied the remaining feed URL's back into contentfeeds.txt. Took 2 mins and now i have all 700 ezine rss feeds in my txt file
