Time Management

Hey all I've got a question. I work 40+ hours a week at a day job and have a wife and kids. I have been doing IM on and off for a few years. Recently I have decided this is what I want to do full time. I have been studying everything I can nightly after the little ones go to bed. I also have a project I am working on, product launch (my own), sales funnel, backend, home site and an EMD related to my product, sales page etc. I only have 2-4 hours a day to do this I spend 1 hour a day reading and taking a course, which is an excellent step by step for my project. The other 2-3 hours is spent working on said project. Any suggestions on how to maximize my time spent? And yes I will be doing a journey thread on my project starting soon.
