just, plan everything you will or write it down and set propers times to work through the day real times and try to stay around them also don't overload your self with thinks to do, that is what I do, set timers for a few things and still get most of my day.

Allow me to explain.
When I was young I worked at a Pizzahut and everyone there practiced INCREDIBLE time management. The reason for this is because absolutely NO ONE wanted to be there. From the moment the manager unlocked the door, to when he closed it at night, every single employee was laser focused on getting their work done so that they could leave.
And this is the mindset that helps me the most. Even if you enjoy what you are doing, you have to treat it like 'something you just need to get done'. Set a time to start and no deadline. Lay out everything that has to be done before you can DO ANYTHING ELSE with yourself. Take no breaks and just lay into it full blast.
When the task is done, it is done. Put it aside and refuse to look at it. It is done. If it requires you to wait then you will have to get to it tomorrow because for this shift... you are just getting things done -- and you have no time to mess around.
What you will find is that you become faster and more efficient. You will get more done in an hour than other people can do in a week. When you sit down to work, you will work. And every day when you are done, you will noticed that you finished a few minutes earlier each time.

Just try and make efficient use of your time. For me that means planning out my day/week, blocking out realistic time for each task so that you actually complete what you set out to complete in any given time period.
Also keep re-addressing your schedule, if the timeframes you set are often not achieved then recalculate everything.

At the risk of this response being obvious, I found out that I had ADD for my whole life, found a few businesses and have done well for myself all while being horrible at time management, come to learn.... I needed Adderall! lmao

Plan 20+ years forward and learn as much as possible.
So no matter what happens, it's not a problem.
I don't think about money at all. I'm not looking for clients.
It feels like a different way of living that wasn't accessible to me for years.
But when I understood what freedom and independence as values are, I stopped all stressful operations.
So what do we do today? No idea. Maybe find another opportunity.
It's like nuclear fusion when you want to run a serious operation. You open some doors, but there are 14 different doors within the room you entered.
So I write everything down to make it bearable.
So no matter what happens, it's not a problem.

Tips hmmm. When you read about TM best practices etc.they're generalizing kinda too much as per my opinion. Sharing my experiences in terms of organizing my work, not personal&work.
I'm in the business for quite some time, involved in different roles&types of work from the boring stuff that just needs to get done, to complex tasks spanning through months. And having teams to delegate the work to and the onemanband situations.
The best tactic that works for me and can be applied to any situation you're in is breaking the tasks down into smaller subtask. For example dont say just build landing page, but rather write down EVERYTHING that you need to get this working. This provides you better time management and most importantly a feeling that you're getting somewhere when crossing the subtasks. This is an important psihological motivator, well at least for me
And ofc set priorities, ask yourself is this urgent? On the final note better to have just a few (1-3) tasks at atime, finish them and move on; having dozens in progress tasks can give you the impression that you're not getting anywhere, anxiety.

Money and work can be stress less, but considering the environment of online marketing and long screen time, it's pretty normal. That's why I would rather build things offline but for now it's a dream.

Make distraction make you powerful / stronger. For example I distract myself with doing notes, diagrams, understanding different perspectives and writing new tweaks on blackhatworld.
I apply all the knowledge I learn. This way when I distract myself with watching a video, it's still getting me benefits.
