Are you building something you want to run for 5+ years… Or something you’ll exit in 12 months?

What’s your current play?

Build & hold or build & flip? Why?

Let me know your thoughts!

Everything changes in 5 years. Even the demand for whatever you are building up.
1 year and 2 year are a good time frame.

I used to have that long term mindset but currently with how things are in the world, people can create almost anything pretty quickly.

You just need the idea or vision and have done enough research to know what you are creating is valuable

Create, ship, and if a good offer comes in, flip it : )

There are tools and resources now that can bring so many ideas to life instantly. It's the game of NOW !

It depends on your goal. But if you’re not chasing a quick exit, the long game is the way to go. Building slowly, investing in systems, brand, and users that stick and you’ll be miles ahead in 5+ years.
