Hello, folks, thanks for having me. I've spent a very rich career managing people, processes, and systems relating to IT in both the pharma and professional services (MSP) world. During this time I learned quite a bit of networking/virtualization/OS however I never went too deep down the rabbit hole outside of a couple specific niches. My predominate skillsets are figuring things out I don't yet understand, and an extreme sense of ownership/commitment. While I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, I learn fast and am persistent.
I'm not sure where I stumbled onto BHW, but after a brief skim you look like my kinda tribe! Since I'm between jobs I plan to do a lot of reading in the coming days. Let's see if my training goals change as a result. Right now I'm teed up for a linux cert and some AWS intermediate training in hopes of transitioning from leadership back to a tech. Maybe there will be an option 3 for someone of my background- skip all the training and go right to hustle.
Other things: FPV quad and Fixed wing RC aircraft, General Aviation, Woodworking, AMA and I'll help you if I know it!
