I wouldn't really use any of those tools to get a reasonable estimate for your website. There are too many factors to consider and too little data for the estimators to use.

are you sure that the this is correct?
i just check my site and hes value is $2,698!!!
and i don't even use it or promote it for almost 2months and i am trying to sell it.
once again are you sure that this is correct?

it depends of the backlinks u already have, indexed pages, content, keywords and yeah... the domain name ... i have one domain name i got 2 weeks ago it is estimated at $978 just because i have hot , girls & cams in the domain name ( and a few backlinks of course )

these arnt acurate guys most use alexa ranking to determain the value
mine came out at 31,878 for technicnews.com lol its only 2 months old and though it has good traffic with over 2000 backlinks and 2500 pages indexed i doubt very much its worth that

The estimate certainly isn't correct. One of my pretty shitty sites is estimated
at $66,429, which is ridiculously high.
